Dr. Ken Clark, co-founder of Purpose Physical Therapy, was born in Central Florida. Having grown up playing various sports, including football and basketball, he has a lifelong love for health and fitness. When he attended college at Evangel University in Springfield, MO, choosing to study Exercise Science was a no-brainer. From there, he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University in 2017, specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation for runners and active adults.

Dr. Ken’s ultimate goal has always been to combine his heart for serving his community with his passion for physical therapy and wellness. In 2020, Dr. Ken decided to leave the corporate healthcare field, where he began his career, to start his own business – and that’s where Purpose Physical Therapy & Wellness was born. Co-founded with his wife, Jeana, Purpose Physical Therapy represents their commitment to providing holistic, patient-driven care that is both flexible and effective.

Dr. Ken and his wife, Jeana, enjoy spending time outdoors with their pup, Cannoli, and playing tennis. He couldn’t think of a better place to start this journey than in St. Pete, FL, where he resides. In addition to being the perfect place to pursue some of his favorite hobbies, St. Pete’s supportive and dynamic community is unlike any other. Jeana Clark is an administrative assistant and client relations specialist at Purpose Physical Therapy, a practice she co-founded with her husband, Ken Clark. While Ken focuses on the clinical side of the business, Jeana’s passion for mental health and strong organizational skills allow her to excel in the administrative aspects of the practice. She is also a talented artist, spending her free time painting and creating beautiful works of art.

In addition to her administrative and artistic talents, Jeana also plays a crucial role in the marketing and branding efforts of Purpose Physical Therapy. Her eye for design and attention to detail help to ensure that the practice is well-represented in all of its marketing materials.

Jeana and Ken enjoy living in sunny St. Pete with their new pup, Cannoli, and can often be found playing tennis or enjoying the outdoors. Together, they are committed to providing their community with the highest level of patient-centered care and making a positive impact on the lives of their patients.

Sarah Cooke

Meet Dr. Sarah Cooke, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a strong passion for fitness, health, and wellness. Dr. Sarah specializes in orthopedics and women’s pelvic health, and loves working with active adults, particularly swimmers. With her expertise in women’s pelvic health, she enjoys guiding women through postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation, and believes in promoting an active and healthy lifestyle by using movement as medicine.

Dr. Sarah has a lot to offer outside of her professional accomplishments as well. She was a Division 1 Synchronized Swimmer, which reflects her love for staying active and fit. In her free time, she enjoys painting and exploring the beautiful city of St. Pete with her fiancé, Bryan. They love living downtown and taking walks or bike rides near the water.

Dr. Sarah is committed to providing top-notch patient care at Purpose Physical Therapy, utilizing her expertise in orthopedics and women’s pelvic health. With her passion for fitness and wellness, she can help her patients achieve optimal physical health and performance and guide them through the healing and rehabilitation process.
