Physical Therapy for Neck and Shoulders

Two Strategies, One Goal
Passive and Active Physical Therapy for Your Neck and Shoulders
“Passive” physical therapy treatment works to reduce inflammation, stiffness, and pain in order to get you ready for the active parts of your treatment.
“Active” physical therapy includes all the targeted movement you’ll be doing for your neck and shoulders. These include stretches, aerobic exercises, and strength training. Active physical therapy is designed to get to the root cause of your pain and improve your physical health. It’s also our primary focus here at Purpose PT.
