FAQ

What services do you offer?
As a physical therapy practice, we offer both rehabilitative and preventive services. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for a milestone, or simply looking to maximize health and mobility long-term, we’re here to help with customized treatment plans.
Do you take insurance?
We are an out of network physical therapy provider, which means we do not contract directly with insurance providers. However, we can provide what is called a ‘super bill’ and submit a claim to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Because of our individualized approach, our services are incompatible with the limitations of insurance. Instead, we place the needs of each patient at the forefront of our treatment plans in order to make sure you truly get your money and time’s worth.
Does cash-based mean I can only pay with cash?
Patients are able to pay with cash, however, we do accept all major credit cards, checks, HSA and FSA accounts. In addition, we are a CareCredit-approved treatment provider so that you have affordable financing options when it comes to your care.
How can I schedule a session?
You are free to schedule your initial session by filling out a quick online form, if that’s what works best for you. You are also welcome to give us a call at (417) 441-2123.
