FAQ

What services do you offer?
As a physical therapy practice, we offer both rehabilitative and preventive services. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for a milestone, or simply looking to maximize health and mobility long-term, we’re here to help with customized treatment plans.
What does “concierge services” mean?
Being a concierge practice means, first and foremost, that we reject a “one size fits all” approach to care. Every one of our patients is unique, and our individualized approach means that you get customized care that’s based on your individual abilities, circumstances, goals, and needs. We come up with a tailored plan and make pivots in your treatment as you progress in order to make sure you’re always getting the best treatment for where you are in your physical journey.
Do you take insurance?
We are an out of network physical therapy provider, which means we do not contract directly with insurance providers. However, we can provide what is called a ‘super bill’ and submit a claim to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Because of our individualized approach, our services are incompatible with the limitations of insurance. Instead, we place the needs of each patient at the forefront of our treatment plans in order to make sure you truly get your money and time’s worth.
What does it mean to be a mobile physical therapist?
It means that our patients have options. We have a physical location for sessions if that is what works best for you, but we are also able to meet you at a location of your choice – whether that’s your home, office, gym, or another setting where you feel comfortable. If you do not have time to commute to a set location or simply prefer having your sessions be somewhere you’re familiar with, we are able to provide the same caliber of care wherever you are.
Does cash-based mean I can only pay with cash?
Patients are able to pay with cash, however, we do accept all major credit cards, checks, HSA and FSA accounts. In addition, we are a CareCredit-approved treatment provider so that you have affordable financing options when it comes to your care.
How can I schedule a session?
You are free to schedule your initial session by filling out a quick online form, if that’s what works best for you. You are also welcome to give us a call at (417) 441-2123.
