We utilize a 4 stage process to maximize results and give you the confidence to know where you’re at along the way.

1. Pain/Inflammation

We believe that when your body feels better, it moves better. We use a variety of hands-on techniques and exercises to help you decrease your symptoms and start moving better. This opens the door to the rest of our process.

2. Priming/Retraining

Efficient movement is a key component of long-term success. When you move efficiently, you use your body’s resources more effectively, which can help you avoid injury and improve your performance. Efficient movement should become habitual and natural so that you don’t have to think about it.

3. Performance

The focus in this stage is on building resiliency in movement. We want to make sure that you have the strength, power, mobility, endurance, and balance necessary to meet the demands of your activities. As you challenge yourself with new activities, we will help you develop the skills and abilities you need to succeed.

4. Prevention

This is where we put the re-trained area through its paces. We expose it to a variety of situations to see how well it can adapt and improve. Life is unpredictable, and we want to help you be prepared for whatever comes your way. We offer the education, training, and support you need to be resilient and adaptable in the face of change.
