PT, DT

Meet Dr. Sarah Cooke, a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy who grew up in Safety Harbor, FL, with her parents and two older siblings. After graduating high school, she moved to San Antonio, TX to attend the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW), where she excelled in synchronized swimming on a full athletic scholarship. Her passion for sports and wellness led her to pursue a career in physical therapy, culminating in a Doctorate from the University of Florida in Gainesville in 2020. After gaining experience in Gainesville, she and her fiancé relocated to St. Pete, where she has been an integral part of the Purpose Physical Therapy team.
